Our black garlic is a 12 day process in which the garlic is slowly roasted and fermented into a sweet garlic flavor! The flavor is almost like candy which can be eaten directly from the bulb or used in sauces to add rich flavor. Each pack contains 2-3 bulbs of black garlic.
